Try a cup of their unique artisan tea, Le Charme, created by ETTE Tea. It consists of silvertip white tea, black tea, pink rosebuds, marigold & bergamot. Le Charme reflects the charm, whimsical music, dangling diamonds and breeze as you walk through the Novotel lobby. Sip a glass of classy Paris-inspired signature cocktail or choose from the extensive alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage list. The Blonde Ambition cocktail ($19) is great for girls. It consists gin, dry vermouth, elderflower liqueur, lemon, sugar, grapefruit bitters and cardamom bitters. On the other hand, if you prefer a strong drink, go for the Barrel Aged Whiskey ($19) – a modern twist to the classic robroy cocktail.

To make sharing even better, the chefs at L’Apéritif have created a selection of delicious tapas sharing platters, including French, Spanish and Asian-style tapas, antipasti and premium cold cuts. Jayden and I lounged our afternoon away last weekend with a simple yet classy afternoon tea at the L’Apéritif. There are scones with clotted cream and jams, red velvet cake, chicken pie, assorted cupcakes, Matcha tart, a variety of finger sandwiches, crispy fish goujons with tartare sauce, chocolate éclairs, strawberry tart, chocolate mousse verrines, crème brulee, and more. The high-tea also includes free flow of coffee, tea, iced chocolate and their signature iced tea. The High Tea Buffet is available from 2.30pm to 5pm on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays at $32++ per person.
