Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel – Modern Midscale Hotel that Provides a Great Base for Both Business and Leisure Travellers

June 26, 2019

Located in the heart of uptown Puerto Princesa, Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel offers 120 guest rooms and suites which feature a contemporary Filipino design, plus an array of amenities including free Wi-Fi. Every part of this five-story hotel has been designed to provide sublime stay, with a range of wellness and dining options to help guests unwind and business facilities to meet the needs of professional travellers. Combined with Best Western’s world-famous services standards, Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel is the ideal choice for your next trip to Puerto Princesa.

The contemporary and stylish rooms are elegantly designed in warm inviting colour tones and are available in five different categories to suit all of your needs. The rooms and suites are soundproofed for a peaceful and restful stay and feature a work desk and sitting area for extra comfort whether you stay for business or leisure.

The hotel also offers a wide choice of facilities for your pleasure from an outdoor swimming pool to a business centre. You can order a refreshing drink from the bar while relaxing at the poolside deck and enjoy soothing massage services to unwind.

Feeling hungry? Stop by the chic Anibong Restaurant for a bite to eat at any time of the day or request room service to dine in privacy. There’s also an outdoor restaurant, the Balayong Grill & Bar, where you can enjoy dinner while watching a cultural performance, or be entertained by the live band in the evenings.

Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel is also a good place to hold your next corporate event or business meeting in Puerto Princesa. The plush facilities include a luxury ballroom with a capacity of 300 people, one of the largest events spaces in the city. The meeting rooms are fully equipped with high-tech audio-visual facilities and the hotel provides full catering services from coffee breaks to cocktail receptions and multiple-course dinners.

Best of all? The hotel offers convenient access to all of Puerto Princesa’s main landmarks and attractions. It is located just a few minutes from the international airport and airport transfers are readily available and free of charge for guests. The hotel is also just 1.5 hours’ drive from the stunning, UNESCO World Heritage-listed Puerto Princesa Underground River.

Although I spent only one night at Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel, I managed to squeeze in 3 hours at the pool. It was so relaxing, especially when I spent the past days exploring Puerto Princesa and El Nido with numerous activities packed back-to-back. If you’re the kind of traveller who is very concerned about the location and easy accessibility of a hotel, you should consider staying at Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel when you visit Puerto Princesa.
