In recent news, co-living among millennials is a trend that has been reported to be picking up in Singapore. Riding on the wave, Cooliv Waterfront is an all-new co-living space located at the coastline of the Greater Southern Waterfront overseeing the South China Sea. Comprising 156 rooms across 45 apartments, the property spans approximately 113,000 square feet, with rooms on the upper floors offering expansive sea views.

Situated a short 10-minute walk from Labrador Park MRT and a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, Cooliv Waterfront is also accessible to various highways, providing ease of connectivity to different parts of the island. The property is located right across the business hub of the Alexandra precinct, which is home to the landmark Mapletree Business City. In addition to proximity from the sea, the area is also surrounded by flora and fauna and lush greenery, with the Labrador Nature Reserve and HortPark just a stone’s throw away.

Other facilities include a 24/7 access gym, outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities and a launderette. Residents and guests are encouraged to contribute ideas and co-organise events for the community, alongside curated activities.

Built to be an abode for the young and young at heart, Cooliv Waterfront’s interior is distinctly decorated with modern furnishings and contemporary art. High speed WiFi is available throughout the property. All apartments incorporate a shared living and dining space with a fully functioning kitchen, while all rooms come with an en suite shower. Each room is fitted out like a hotel room, with bedding and linen provided, as well as a personal in-room safe, mini fridge, electric kettle and hairdryer. Weekly housekeeping service is included for guests.

With a commitment to cultivating an interactive living environment for people of all ages and cross cultures to gather and thrive together, Cooliv Waterfront is your ideal co-living choice. The property is not open for staying yet, but I’ll definitely keep you updated through Instagram when Cooliv Waterfront officially launches.
